My email is not working for account sign in
We are in the process of moving everyone to use email as account sign in. If you have not used your email before try using your username. If this does’t work you can create a new account using your email. All accounts will be using email in the future.
Forgot password
Currently we can’t recover accounts. We suggest you make a new account using your email. We are working to create a “forgot password” method for a future release. Please be patient as we work hard to make the user experience better for the community.
Delete my account
If you would like to delete your account, please email use at support@capturepal.com and we will remove the account. Make sure to include your email or username.
What is the beta program?
We are actively working to enhance our categories, community functions and design. When updates are ready we like to send out a beta version of the app for the community to test out, check for bugs, and add feedback on whether they like the design and new features.
